If you can't log in, check that your child's phone is linked to your email.
To do this, on your child's phone:
Tap "Apps & Safety" on the home screen and enter your parent password.
Tap "SafetyMode settings" .
Check that your email appears in the "Parent Account" section.
If there is no email address in the parent account section, tap "Connect Email Account" and follow the steps to register your parent email.
If the incorrect email is listed, click the pencil icon to the right of the incorrect email and follow the steps to register the correct parent email.
Once your correct email address is connected, try logging in again to the portal at SafetyMode.com.
