How to remove an existing Google account from your child's phone

This guide is useful if you are installing SafetyMode on an Android phone previously used by another person, or if you accidentally added your parent Google account during the SafetyMode setup.

STEP 1: From the home page, tap Settings and then Accounts.

STEP 1B: Tap on the Google account you want to remove from the device.

STEP 3: Tap 'Remove account'. After this is completed, you should no longer see any accounts under 'Accounts for Owner'.
