Does the unsuitable website blocker stop all websites?
No. Your child can still access safe, everyday websites, the unsuitable website blocker prevents websites from a list of adult sites.
Can my child change the unsuitable website blocker settings?
No. Only parents with the SafetyMode password can enable or disable this feature. Children cannot turn it off themselves.
Can I manage the unsuitable website blocker remotely?
No. It is only manageable via the phone.
Why am I still seeing an unsafe website?
If you notice an unsafe site is accessible whilst using this blocker, it may not yet be on the blocklist. Please let us know by emailing [email protected].
Does the unsuitable website blocker work inside apps too?
Yes. Even if your child tries to open a link from within another app (like a school or messaging app), the website will still be blocked if it’s on the blocklist.
