There are two common causes of this issue.

The 'Block all websites' feature is turned on. This feature stops your child from viewing all websites except ones you have explicitly allowed. 

You can disable this feature by going to Apps &amp; Safety &gt; Blocked Websites.

A website is considered inappropriate by the unsuitable website blocker is appearing within an advert. 

If this is the case, the simplest solution is to click on an ad yourself and see which website you are directed to. If you deem the ad website to be safe, then you can add that website to the whitelist under Apps &amp; Safety &gt; Blocked Websites.
