After logging into the parent portal, select your child's phone
Click on "Location Tracking". From this screen, you can view your child's location. The location is updated every 15 minutes if the phone is connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data.
Troubleshooting
If your child's location is not updating when they are out and about, make sure mobile data is working, and that the correct SafetyMode location permissions are allowed.
You can check the correct permissions are enabled by going to Apps & Safety → Restricted Android Settings → Apps → SafetyMode → Permissions → Location, and making sure the location permission for SafetyMode is set to “Allow while using the app”.
