All SafetyMode settings on your child's phone are controlled by a SafetyMode password.
Only a parent or guardian should have access to this password.
Visit SafetyMode.com and click the "PORTAL" button in the top right corner of the page.
Sign in with Google using the parent email you used during SafetyMode's parent setup or enter your parent email, press submit and follow the login link shared to your email account.
Click on your child's phone.
Click on "Update password".
Enter your new password.
Click "Update password".
