How to update your parent password remotely

All SafetyMode settings on your child's phone are controlled by a SafetyMode password.

Only a parent or guardian should have access to this password.

  1. After logging into the parent portal, select your child's phone.

  2. Click on "Update password".

  3. Enter your new password.

  4. Click "Update password".
