How to manage your billing using the parent portal

  1. After logging into the parent portal, select your child's phone.

  2. Click on "Manage billing".

  3. Click on "Continue to billing".

  4. Enter the email associated with your SafetyMode plus account and click "Email Magic Link".

  5. Follow the magic link sent to the associated email address. From here, you can manage your billing.
